JDR Solutions Signs International Client, Corporate Leasing Company Egypt

May 17, 2004--JDR Solutions, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, today announced an agreement to begin offering its hosted lease accounting and management services to Corporate Leasing Company Egypt (CORPLEASE), based in Cairo, Egypt.

This relationship marks JDR's first international client since JDR's operations began in 2001. Since that time JDR Solutions has offered its back-office portfolio servicing and ASP hosting to various clients under a preferred partnership arrangement with International Decision Systems.

CORPLEASE is a recently formed leasing and asset finance company whose principal shareholders are the Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIB), Deutsche Investitions und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG) and Union de Banque Arabe et Francaise (U.B.A.F.). CIB is Egypt's largest and highest rated private sector bank; DEG is the investment arm of the KfW Group, an arm of the German Ministry of Finance and U.B.A.F. is a French bank who is owned by Credit Lyonnais and a number of Arab central banks.

CORPLEASE's business focuses on vendor finance, direct and structured leasing and SME Finance. Given its association with CIB, CORPLEASE is best placed to serve the leasing and asset finance needs of foreign companies and MNCs operating in Egypt. In addition, CORPLEASE will co-operate with foreign leasing companies in delivering cross-border leases in Egypt either on a case by case basis or as the local provider of leasing services under global vendor finance programs.
